Returns, Refunds & Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered.

- Submit a claim within 30 days of delivery
- For lost packages, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date

If approved, you will receive either:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund

Replacements ship within 3 business days.
Refunds are processed within a few business days to your original payment method.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Please contact our support team with:
- A photo of the issue
- A short explanation

We’ll review your request and take care of the rest.

What’s Not Covered

We do not offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Unclaimed or abandoned packages
- Change of mind (buyer’s remorse)
- Orders rejected by customs or unpaid duties/taxes
- Orders already produced but not yet shipped
- Delivery issues caused by the recipient
- Products discontinued or out of stock

Shipping & Responsibility

Please make sure your shipping details are accurate.
Customers are responsible for customs fees or import taxes where applicable.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the EU, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. However, the product must be successfully delivered and received to qualify.

2. Contact your credit card provider
3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary
